In reality only those with intellectual disabilities are unable to respond well. And higher intellect is actually helpful. Can Everyone Be Hypnotized?

Everyone is hypnotizable to some degree as long as you want to be. You don't even have to believe in hypnosis as long as you're willing to try it. But not everyone will achieve all that is possible. There are ways of measuring an individuals “responsiveness to hypnosis” that have been used for many years. However, recent authoritative research has shown that even people of so called "low hypnotizability" can achieve significant Hypnotic Pain Relief. This is the ability to block out pain, regardless of the source. Having a good attitude and positive expectation is important. It is likely that a poor attitude or an inability to concentrate are the main factors in a person not responding strong enough to hypnosis. Everyone goes into hypnosis many times each day, usually for brief periods. Common things like daydreaming, concentrating, imagining, are examples of trance.

Can A Person Resist Hypnosis?

Yes, anyone can. You must want to be hypnotized. No one can be hypnotized against their will.

Will I Be Asleep?

No. You will always be awake and aware of everything that is being said to you and everything that is going on around you. If a noisy truck passed by outside, you would notice it if you were interested in such things at the time. But likewise you could fail to notice if you were concentrated of something of higher priority.

Will It Control My Mind?

No, your mind will always be your own. You’ll be able to think about whatever you wish to think about. Hypnosis can't make you do anything you don't wish to do.

Is Hypnosis Safe?

Yes. Hypnosis is perfectly safe. And because it is inherently so relaxing, it reduces stress levels so that it's not only safe but good for your health and well being. Studies have shown that daily periods of deep relaxation actually strengthen your immune system so it improves your health and lengthens your life.

Is One Session Enough?

One session is enough to temporarily relieve simple stress and tension, but most things require several more. Hypnosis is cumulative. Each session gets stronger and the effects last longer. Often it’s a process of learning how to respond to hypnosis. With reinforcement the benefits can become permanent. Although hypnosis is very fast and powerful, it is not an instant cure all.

How Is It Done?

You simply sit comfortably back and I talk to you while suggesting the results you desire. You become progressively more relaxed as years of accumulated stress and tension dissolve away. Now the suggestions I make will be many times more powerful so you can more easily achieve your goals.

What Does It Feel Like?

Hypnosis is a state of mind and as such it doesn't have much in the way of feelings other than feeling incredibly relaxed. Some people feel very heavy but others may feel light, floating sensations. You experience greater physical comfort and mental tranquility.

Will I Learn To Do It Myself?

Yes. While you’re in hypnosis I train you in self hypnosis. It's like riding a bicycle; you can't read a book to learn it. You must actually do it to learn it. All programs include your own CD or MP3 to facilitate your training.
